This appointment is intended for prospective clients to meet Tara Waugh RMT, see the treatment space, ask questions, or practice coming to the office ahead of their first massage therapy appointment.

As an Autistic ADHDer, Tara recognizes a trial run can help reduce anxiety when trying something new, as well as the importance of developing a rapport with healthcare providers to ensure they can meet our needs. You are welcome to use this opportunity to discuss disability accommodations you feel are needed in order to make massage therapy treatment as accessible as possible.

This service is intended to provide equitable access to massage therapy care for those experiencing financial strain or perpetual poverty.

New Client: Adult, First Appointment - Health Assessment and 1 Hour Massage

Please book this appointment if your child has never received massage therapy care from us before.

The session allows for up to 60 minutes of assessment and treatment. The amount of time needed to review the health information and perform any further assessment will vary depending on the treatment goals.

Some children/youth can not tolerate a lengthy appointment. In these circumstances, the length of the appointment will be modified to allow for the process to take place over multiple shorter duration sessions. The fee for the multiple visit protocol will remain the same as one full length session to ensure equitable treatment is provided.
